We know Rincon.  We fell in love with area more than a decade ago and knew that we wanted to live here part-time and eventually full time.  We searched for more than 10 years during repeated trips to Rincon, always looking for the perfect home to purchase. We knew that we wanted a home, not a condo, as we don’t like hearing everything that our neighbors do as is typical of the noise in a condo setting.  We also knew that we didn’t want an older or refurbished property, which is common in Rincon. Instead, we wanted to purchase a new, clean property in which everything worked in a quiet and safe neighborhood that was close to all the fun, yet far from the crowds.  Fortunately, our patience finally paid off.

We’ve come to think of our home as our endless summer when we’re in residence, as that’s how it feels.  We therefore believe that you’ll understand why we’ve named our home Your Endless Summer after you’ve stayed a day or two.  

Please know that we take our obligation to you seriously.  We’ve worked as senior executives in hospitality and customer service for decades, so we know what it takes to enhance guest experience. We also understand that vacation time with friends and family is invaluable, and that you will spend significant time, effort and money to get here.  Our goal is to make your stay with us, and your time spent enjoying the area as memorable as possible.
